With these new features, you’ll be able to:

• Convert PDFs into your chosen Office format, including DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, and SVG.
• Convert any file type, including email attachments, into your chosen Office format.
• Gain insights into the searchability of your PDF documents by generating comprehensive reports, including metrics such as total page count, searchable page count, and image page count.
• Support discovery exercises with pattern enumeration to identify and count specific terms within a PDF, producing a CSV report of the results.

The Zapier integration bridges Workflow Automation with more than 5,000 app integrations, allowing you to trigger Workflow Automation processes from external events and use Workflow Automation actions within Zapier workflows. For example, when a new PDF invoice is uploaded to a designated Google Drive folder, the workflow automatically processes it, extracting essential details and triggering actions within Workflow Automation.

Similarly, the Power Automate connector seamlessly integrates with Microsoft 365, offering robust functionality and flexibility within your existing workflows.
