More about Tatira

Why did you decide to become an Executive Assistant?

Becoming an Executive Assistant wasn't exactly a childhood dream, I always say the profession chose me, rather than the other way around. I've always been fascinated by travel, geography, languages, and organizing things. Back in school, I was constantly elected class representative, the person who loved bringing everyone together and bringing order to chaos. Ultimately, this career is perfectly aligned with my natural strengths.

Where do you find inspiration?

I love making things easier and more streamlined. If I spot an opportunity to improve a process, it's almost impossible for me to resist fixing it. I also love traveling and creating seamless experiences for my family and friends, which translates incredibly well into my day-to-day work.

If you weren't an EA, what would you be doing?

I'd probably be managing events or coordinating travel logistics. It's hard to imagine myself doing anything completely unrelated to what I do now, because I truly love what I do.

What's your favorite tool?

I am still a loyal fan of Gemini.

What's your favorite hotkey?

Command + Shift + 4. I find myself taking screenshots of absolutely everything.

What's your favorite place?

That's a tough one because I love traveling and my favorite spot changes all the time. Right now, I am completely in love with Montreal, Canada, specifically during autumn.

What is your advice for ambitious EAs?

Never stop learning. Keep up with new technologies, master new languages, and always stay updated. Have a genuine curiosity about the company and the people around you. You can never have too much knowledge.
