It seems clear the modern times with AI and fast development in general requires a new, fresh approach on secuirty and how softtware is deployed and maintained.

The role of distribution is now opposite of what it was: for years it has been to provide as much software and features as possible to users, these
days the core of distribution work is to remove and disable features to create a sane and maintainable set of packages.
