Parent article: The state of Fedora in 2026

I wonder if there is some connection to that whole Centos discontinuation/Centos Stream issue and the related birth of Alma and Rocky. There might be some people who just left the Red Hat ecosystem altogether over that and some who might have taken up other tasks than packaging in those new distros perhaps if they stayed that were previously unnecessary.
