1.5-dev: cannot create/open documents after closing window on macOS

#### Summary: Inkscape 1.5 remains opened in Dock after closing the window, but no new document can be created or opened. I'm assuming this (not quitting the app after closing the last document) is new feature in 1.5 on macOS, because this is common in macOS.
