I still like Oracle Cloud panel more than AWS or GCloud, but i agree that it very complex.

For mathing, anyone with PAYG expect 13.5$ at end of this month and 27$ for next month if u dont take any action. That kinda too much for arm64 2c12g (324$/y).
Assume you in exotic asia location like jp, sg. Im sure you can totally find better deal with better specs with that cost.

Edit: Checked my mailbox and they mention nothing about this, so when will this apply ?
