Major performance issue with libgit2 >1.8.0

Siril version: master Operating System: Linux Kubuntu 25.04 Package: self built # Description of the bug libgit2 takes c. 6 minutes to clone or fetch a git repository, whereas on kubuntu 24.10 it was < 1 s. # Upstream bug I have bisected the libgit2 git history and narrowed the issue down to a specific commit that occurred between 1.8.0 and 1.8.1. An upstream issue is raised [here](https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2/issues/7090). I'm not sure if it's (k)ubuntu-specific or a wider issue but if the latter then I'm surprised it hasn't been detected before now. # Additional information Until the upstream issue is resolved, Siril should not be built with a revision of libgit2 more recent than 93c94446cd69bec6d4a2e61e9384ebfa159d1e19, at least on Linux.
