Description
Following a discussion on Discord, we're dropping support for the Intel architecture on macOS. This means we do
- no longer build for Intel ourselves
- not give support for building or running Siril on Intel
- not actively prevent anybody from building/running Siril on Intel on their own
Changes Made
Remove Intel architecture from macOS CI and its dependencies.

Additional Notes
None of the developers are using Intel-based Apple computers and haven't been for a long time. Apple removes Intel support from their OS this year with macOS 27. Supporting legacy platforms consumes resources we'd like to spend elsewhere.
