Quantum computing is one of the most exciting technologies of the future, with the potential to help solve some of society's most complex challenges. That's why it’s important to equip policymakers with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the opportunities and risks it presents.

Apolitical is launching a new course for decision-makers in government, with support from Google Quantum AI. “Quantum Computing: Understanding the Technology and its Implications” features a diverse range of experts covering the most important issues in quantum computing development.

The course is designed as a short, interactive, virtual learning experience, with content specifically tailored for a government audience. By providing policymakers with foundational knowledge about quantum computing, this course aims to ensure they are prepared to engage with and shape the future involving quantum computers, confidently assessing claims and making informed decisions about the technology’s impact and opportunities. Just as importantly, the expert-led events and discussions in conjunction with the course will connect these policymakers to a growing international community of decision-makers who are engaged with quantum computing as one of the most important technologies of our time.

The course kicks off today with our first cohort. To learn more about joining an upcoming course, please register your interest.
