  • Demo鼠做手术使其左后肢产生疼痛,放在笼子一端,另一端放同胞鼠,陌生鼠组作为观察鼠,另外还有control鼠
    • 随着长达4周的观察,发现,同胞鼠疼痛阈值下降最快,陌生鼠其次
    • 查看了同胞鼠和陌生鼠各脑区的cFos表达情况,发现同胞鼠右侧 IC 和 BLA 表达最高
  • 通过病毒示踪和免疫组化发现,IC-BLA是谷氨酸能的投射
  • 在BLA注入逆向示踪的病毒,在IC中标记的细胞做whole cell recording,发现同胞鼠组中突触前的谷氨酸能释放增强,说明投射到BLA的IC的神经元活动增强。
  • 在IC注射ChR2的病毒,在BLA去记录锥体神经元和中间神经元的活动
    • 通过paired-pulse ratio (PPR)发现IC对BLA的谷氨酸能投射增强

    • 在陌生鼠组中,特异性标记IC投射至BLA的神经元,使其带上hM3Dq,注射CNO激活IC的输入后发现,陌生鼠组的疼痛阈值下降增快了
    • 在同胞鼠汇总,特异性标记IC投射至BLA的神经元,使其带上hM4Di,注射CNO抑制IC的输入后发现,陌生鼠组的疼痛阈值下降变慢了了
