How do I pick the right size frame?

SPECS smart glasses come in two sizes: Narrow Fit (47mm) and Wide Fit (52mm), and ship with swappable sizing nose-pads to help you achieve a perfect fit. 
Before ordering, please complete the Virtual Try-On using a supported iOS device (iPhone XS or later) to confirm which size will work best for you. If you don’t have access to an iOS device but already wear glasses, checking the frame size on your current pair can be a helpful starting point.

How do I pre-order SPECS?

When you’re ready to place your pre-order, you can add up to five devices to your cart and check out. You’ll be prompted to select your size and pay the refundable deposit to reserve your device(s). The deposit is not an order confirmation.

Why don’t I see the option to add SPECS to my cart?

If you can’t see the option to add SPECS to your cart, they aren’t currently available for pre-order in your country.  Please join the waitlist and we’ll let you know as soon as they are.

What happens after I place my pre-order?

We’ll keep you up to date as more information is released about SPECS smart glasses and reach out with next steps closer to the shipping window. You’ll then be asked to complete your order by paying the remaining balance. 

If I change my mind, can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your SPECS smart glasses order is completed and receive a full refund of your deposit by contacting support@specs.com

What is the return policy and warranty?

If you aren’t satisfied with your SPECS smart glasses, you can return them for a refund within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Return Policy.
Your purchase is backed by a One-Year Limited Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your SPECS device works as intended.
