I don't know if it is a bug, an incomplete feature, or what, but:
1. The `Quick Preview` shortcut is hardcoded (`F` key)
2. The `Display Mode: Toggle Preview` (Shown in shortcuts settings) does not have a value
3. When assigned, it does nothing
4. You can't even enable it through the Display Modes menu or cycling
#### Steps to reproduce:

- open Inkscape
- Create a shape that is both inside and outside of the page
- Press `F` (The outside should hide)
- Now try to set up, say `L`, for `Canvas Display > Display Mode: Toggle Preview` at `Preferences > Interface > Keyboard > Shortcuts`
- Use it
#### What happened?
Nothing at all
#### What should have happened?
1. A Quick Preview-like mode should toggle, but permanently
2. `Preview mode` should be available under `View > Display Mode >`
