Datadog is built on community—from the engineers and SREs whose feedback helps us constantly improve to the developers who build integrations that broaden the Datadog ecosystem. Datadog Summits are our celebration of that community. That’s why we’re thrilled to be heading to Paris on September 30 to host our first summit in French, featuring workshops and talks for our local community.

Keynotes

We’ll start the morning with product announcements from Datadog product leaders, followed by inspiring stories from our customers.

After lunch we’ll have a second keynote session, where Datadog CEO & Co-Founder Olivier Pomel will host a fireside chat.

Workshops

We’re going to be offering three hands-on workshops led by Datadog experts:

• Débuter avec OpenTelemetry dans Datadog: comment optimiser l’observabilité des applications modernes (Getting started with OpenTelemetry in Datadog: How to optimize observability for modern applications)
• Au-delà de la collecte : Optimiser l’observabilité grâce aux logs (Beyond collection: Optimizing observability with logs)
• Améliorer les performances de vos applications avec APM et le tracing distribué (Improving the performance of your applications with APM and distributed tracing)

All workshops are three hours long and give participants practical examples of solving problems with Datadog products. Each session requires a laptop and will be delivered in French.

Afternoon breakout sessions

Along with the afternoon workshops, we’ll feature presentations from customers and Datadog product managers. One customer, Leboncoin, will share how they used OpenTelemetry and Datadog to build a unified platform for observing their services and scaling their systems.

Expo and networking

Summits offer plenty of opportunities to network with Datadog experts and users. At this summit, for example, we’ll have an interactive session with a Datadog product manager delivering demos and answering questions. We’ll also host an AWS GameDay event, where you can compete to earn prizes.

Partner Day

The Datadog Partner Network (DPN) is coming to Datadog Summit Paris a day early with an exclusive event: Partner Day. Designed for DPN members and aspiring partners, Partner Day features a hands-on technical workshop exploring LLM Observability and Datadog’s AIOps, plus actionable insights to help you grow your Datadog service portfolio and better serve customers.

Partner Day will also feature a keynote session with Denis Herriau, VP of Sales SEMEA, and Zacharie Labib, Regional VP of Enterprise Sales.
