Jaylen Brown is one of the Boston Celtics‘ biggest stars both on and off the court. As the 2026 NBA Playoffs continue with Game 7 tonight with the Celtics taking on the Philadelphia 76ers, Boston’s advancement to Round 2 competition could have a positive impact on Brown’s already lucrative career earnings and net worth.

Here’s everything to know about the Celtics star player’s net worth and the many things he has taken advantage of to contribute to his overall wealth.

As of 2026, Jaylen Brown’s estimated net worth is around $80 million, an amount of personal wealth which is driven largely by his NBA salary and his contract with the Boston Celtics. Additional contributing factors to Brown’s net worth include investments, endorsements, and carefully selected partnerships.

Brown’s wealth skyrocketed after signing a historic five-year, $303.7 million supermax extension with the Boston Celtics in 2023, per ESPN. The deal made him the highest paid player in NBA history at the time. With the deal, his agreed to receive annual earnings exceeding $60 million during parts of the contract.

While his NBA salary accounts for the majority of his earnings, Jaylen Brown has also built an impressive portfolio of endorsements and brand partnerships. Though, unlike many professional athletes who rely heavily on traditional sneaker sponsorships, Brown has taken a unique approach to branding and ownership. Early in his career, he signed with Adidas. However, he eventually chose to decline major shoe endorsement offers reportedly worth tens of millions of dollars – including an offer from Nike worth $50 million, per Kicks on SI – in order to launch his own independent brand called “741 Performance”.

The 741 Performance brand reflects Brown’s emphasis on ownership, creativity, and social impact. The company focuses on sneakers, apparel, and performance wear while also promoting community empowerment and economic opportunity. Brown has spoken publicly about wanting greater control over his image and business ventures, as opposed to simply serving as the face of a corporate campaign. This mindset has separated him from many NBA stars who choose traditional endorsement and sponsorship paths.

Even though he has poured much of his time and efforts off the court into growing 741, Jaylen Brown has continued to build an endorsement portfolio which includes many recognizable companies such as Pepsi, Oakley, and Beats by Dre. For Brown, his partnership with Oakley – which became official in 2025 – further expanded his visibility in the fashion and lifestyle space.
