The NASCAR national series returns to Watkins Glen International this weekend for one of the biggest road-course events of the 2026 season. The famous 2.45-mile circuit hosts racing action from May 8-10 with the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series, and NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series all scheduled to compete during the three-day event.
Fans will get practice sessions, qualifying, and major races throughout the weekend before Sunday’s Go Bowling at The Glen closes the action. The event marks the 12th points-paying race of the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season as playoff battles continue to grow.
Watkins Glen remains one of NASCAR’s most challenging tracks because of its elevation changes, fast corners, and heavy braking zones. FS1, Prime Video, Max, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio will carry race coverage across the weekend for viewers following from home or on the move.
The NASCAR Truck Series at Watkins Glen headlines Friday’s action with the Bully Hill Vineyards 176 at The Glen at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Friday begins with multiple practice and qualifying sessions before the ARCA Menards Series General Tire 100 at The Glen starts at 1:30 p.m. ET. Drivers then shift focus to the Truck Series race later in the afternoon on the demanding road course.
