On Thursday, the Atlanta Braves will finish their series with the Miami Marlins at loanDepot Park in Florida.
They have a 2-1 lead after winning each of the last two games.
On Wednesday night, the Braves won by a score of 9-1.
Víctor Mederos made his debut for the team, going 2.0 innings and (allowing no runs).
Atlanta Braves Player Makes Heartfelt Statement

After the game, Mederos (who is from Miami) made a heartfelt statement.
Mederos (via Chad Bishop of AJC): “I’ve been up and down for the last three, four years, and never got to come to Miami. What a blessing it is to be able to come here and play in front of the home base.”
