George Springer leaves Blue Jays game.
The Toronto Blue Jays could be without George Springer once again.
Springer returned from the injured list on April 29 and returned to the lineup on April 30. Now, just days later, he got hit by a pitch on the same broken toe that put him on the injured list, and was forced to leave the game.

Springer was down in pain for quite some time as the training staff and Blue Jays manager John Schneider looked at him. After some time, Springer got up and was helped straight to the clubhouse, and didn’t even try to test to see if he could play.
It’s disappointing news for the Blue Jays, who have gotten off to a slow start and have started to get healthy and turn the page.
