The Sunday night Game 7 primetime matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Toronto Raptors will determine which team advances to Round 2 of the 2026 NBA Playoffs.

The game will begin at 7:30 PM ET / 6:30 PM CT / 4:30 PM PT on Sunday May 3, 2026. For viewers tuning in from home, several national networks will be airing the game in official broadcasts of the Game 7 action that’s certain to be a must-watch for fans as only one team will move on in their playoff run.

The television networks showing the Cavs vs Raptors matchup tonight include:

  • ABC 
  • ESPN
  • NBC

In addition to NBC broadcasting the game on their television network, the Cavs vs Raptors matchup will also be available for streaming on NBC’s Peacock platform.

  • Amazon Prime Video – With a 7 day free trial of Amazon Prime Video, new users can also receive a free trial to Peacock Premium Plus, the ad-free tier of NBC’s Peacock
  • Instacart+ – With a 14 day free trial of Instacart+, new user signups are eligible for a free trial to the ad-supported tier of Peacock Premium

Xfinity customers at the Diamond and Platinum levels are eligible to redeem a membership perk for complimentary access to Peacock Premium, gaining two services for the price of one.
