Vice-President JD Vance is set to appear on The View Tuesday, marking his first-ever visit to the daytime talk show. Vance will join all six of The View’s co-hosts live in their New York studio to promote his new memoir, Communion: Finding My Way Back to Faith. The Vice-President is also expected to chime in on the show’s “Hot Topics” discussions on the current administration’s performance and other political headlines.

Vance is set to appear on The View for a live interview with co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro to promote his new book, Communion, which is also out Tuesday.
The book is billed as a true story of how Vance “regained his faith,” while charting “his conversion to Catholicism, how his faith guides his work in public life, and how it shapes his thoughts about the future.”
