On June 5, Hannah Berner is back with her second ever comedy special — and Hulu just dropped the trailer for the comedian and wildly successful podcaster’s new hour: None of My Business.
Described as Berner’s “most vulnerable material yet,” the hour finds her questioning her future, discussing her unorthodox career path — she is, after all, a reformed reality star fortunate enough to escape Bravo’s Summer House long before the shit hit the fan — and, as the trailer suggests, examining the once-commonplace dance floor phenomenon of grinding.
None of My Business takes its name from the wildly successful tour where she first delivered the material before taping the special at Toronto’s Bluma Appel Theater. Her previous special, We Ride at Dawn, debuted on Netflix in 2024.
Berner has been especially busy of late. She has two very successful podcasts: Berner Phone, with comic-husband Des Bishop, and Giggly Squad with Page DeSorbo. The latter, recently named podcast of the year at the iHeart Radio Awards, has topped 130 million downloads to date — and earned Berner and DeSorbo a slot on THR’s list of the most powerful people in New York media. Giggly Squad has gotten so popular that Amy Poehler recently signed on to produce a scripted Netflix comedy co-written by and starring Berner and DeSorbo.
Hannah Berner: None of My Business, part of Hulu’s significant steps into the stand-up space with its Hularious vertical, was written, performed and executive produced by Berner. Additional executive producers include Matthew Vaughan and Jeff Tomsic, who directed.
