Zendaya has been known to sport a stunning look (or two) when promoting a new project. And that certainly hasn’t changed with the press cycle for Spider-Man: Brand New Day underway, although the Emmy winner may have just dished one of her most viral looks of all time.

Attending a Brand New Day photocall at UGC Cine Cite Bercy in Paris on Wednesday, Zendaya wore a vintage oversized Spider-Man T-shirt, with nothing but a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps. The photos of the Euphoria actress on the carpet swiftly caught media attention, even moreso when her longtime stylist Law Roach revealed that the piece was purchased off eBay for $34.99.

“Style doesn’t always have to cost a fortune,” Roach said in an Instagram Story post on Wednesday alongside a screenshot of the original eBay listing. Listed as a 2XL (which turned out as the perfect fit for Zendaya to wear the piece as a dress of sorts), the T-shirt was also described to be in “good, pre-owned” condition.

Since Zendaya hit the carpet on the look, similar listings for the same vintage Spider-Man shirt have been sought out online. It’s safe to say having the same shirt as the actress may have spiked prices, as one T-shirt is listed for $200 here.

Her casual T-shirt look also points to a wider trend in fashion, that of big name designers turning to eBay when sourcing. Harry Styles’ stylist Harry Lambert recently broke down the craze in conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, dishing on all-things eBay style.

Zendaya, alongside her husband Tom Holland, are gearing up for the release of Holland’s fourth Spider-Man film on July 31. With that, of course, comes plenty of press events for The Drama star to sport her impeccable style.

Aside from the Spidey T-shirt, Zendaya has put her now coined “method dressing” approach to promotional fashion on full display, wearing a spider-inspired archival Giorgio Armani dress, a sparkly red and blue two-piece Versace set and a custom Louis Vuitton ensemble, among many other looks.
