In this release, we spotlight new autonomous prospecting functionality (cuz who wants to spend hours building prospect lists and sending emails?) — but that’s just the beginning. Meet Your Always-On Prospecting Agent

Almost half of reps say they don’t have enough bandwidth for cold outreach. The same number say it’s one of the worst parts of their job. And it’s pretty clear why: Too often, reps have to manually sift through CRM data, cross-reference third-party sources, and guess at which prospects are actually worth pursuing before making a call. 

No more. The Agentforce Prospecting Agent takes on tedious prospecting work for you, continuously researching your target market using signals from Salesforce data and the web. Worthy candidates are added to a ranked list (by propensity to close) that’s then delivered to reps directly in CRM and Slack. 

We know what you’re thinking: But really, how does it know a prospect is a good fit for your business? It all ties into the Atlas reasoning layer of the Salesforce 360 platform and the customizable criteria you set. Sure, Prospecting Agent is good at pulling relevant data, but it’s really a whiz at knowing how to use it. With its built-in reasoning and guardrails, it assesses business relationships, engagement signals from your CRM data and connected sources, and territory/location — among many other factors — to determine if and why a prospect is worth pursuing. Using the same reasoning engine, it then “grades” each prospect so reps know where to focus their energy. That means more time closing, less time chasing leads.

When a deal involves multiple stakeholders, coordinating calendars slows everything down. Engagement Agent now surfaces rep availability to all prospect stakeholders during outreach, enabling multi-person meeting booking without rep involvement. No more calendar Tetris — the agent handles scheduling complexity so your reps can spend time on the conversation, not coordinating calendars.

Engagement Agent: Versioning Support 

Previously, when agent managers made edits to live agents or upgraded agent configuration, there was no safety net. One bad change could undo months of tuning. We’ve removed that risk with versioning support so teams can roll back configurations after edits or safely adopt new enhancements without the risk of losing a tuned setup that’s already working.

Conversation Intelligence: In-Person Meeting Assistant 

Face-to-face meetings are some of the most important conversations in a deal — and the hardest to consistently capture. The In-Person Meeting Assistant is a new on-device feature that captures and transcribes face-to-face conversations directly within the Salesforce mobile app. It helps teams document meetings in a secure, standardized way that keeps conversation data connected to their CRM.
