At many organizations, sales is just a numbers game focused on product features, but Jinhee sees it differently. At Salesforce, the process starts with empathy for our customers, and her leadership team is the clearest example of that mindset in action.

“The best leaders here don’t ask what we can sell,” she says. “They ask why the customer needs to change right now and which problem matters most. They think like a member of the customer’s own team, obsessed with their revenue growth and operational efficiency.”
