It's not always obvious to see what or how a subscriber has gone through in terms of subscription and payment history, especially when you're trying to see why they churned or why they're not paying. We've added a new subscriber journey diagram to help you better understand your subscriber's journey — you can find it directly on the "notes" modal in the subscriber view. (That notes modal is getting a little overgrown, we know — changes to clean up are coming soon!)
