Jija by Vicky Lau draws on the culinary traditions of Yunnan and Guizhou for a heartfelt Mother’s Day feast that celebrates family bonds and shared warmth. Available throughout Mother’s Day weekend, the sharing menu includes chicken liver parfait with spring onion oil bun and dry-aged roasted pigeon with lemongrass glaze and pigeon jus, while the Mother’s Day-exclusive mixed berry and cheese mousse with goji berry cheese ice cream brings the meal to a bright, celebratory close. The full à la carte menu will also be available, and every table will receive a complimentary keepsake Polaroid photograph to mark the occasion.
