He watched from the bench as the New York Knicks won their first NBA title in 53 years with a 94-90 Game 5 victory over the San Antonio Spurs, but Tyler Kolek is still turning heads. That’s thanks to his tunnel fits, with the 6ft 3in point guard emerging as one of NBA’s best-dressed players.

Wearing brands like Issey Miyake and Dries Van Noten, to Prada and Chanel, Kolek has been rolling out fit after fit, helping to make tunnel walks something of a red carpet. Several suave NBA players have clearly been flexing their fashion game along with their game game.
Kolek’s style, reminiscent of 90s era Brad Pitt and Denzel Washington, is thanks in part to designer and stylist Olivier Rogers, whose brand Olivier is a favourite among NBA stars.

The 25-year-old poked fun at his contribution to the NBA Finals saying “We got an A on the group project,” in an Instagram livestream following the game. He later posted a celebratory picture of himself on Instagram stories holding the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy with his middle finger raised and a caption that read “World Champion”.
Here’s more about Tyler Kolek.

Kolek’s skills on the court were honed from his early days by his father, who introduced him and his older brother, a college athlete, to the game early on.
