1. Amigo

This long-lived Happy Valley restaurant, which debuted its own caviar earlier this year, is offering a six-course Amigo Caviar Indulgence menu until the end of June.

The caviar, harvested from sturgeon in Heilongjiang in northeast China, is served in an ornate metal tin engraved with the sun symbol of the restaurant.

The meal, priced at HK$980 (US$125) per person, starts with a personal tin of the new speciality caviar, followed by the soup course. After that, guests choose one seafood dish and one meat dish, with seafood options including Chilean sea bass with broccolini, champagne cream and Amigo caviar. The meat dishes include Australian Wagyu ox cheek and a roasted lamb loin, among others.
