With Blue Book 2026: Hidden Garden, Tiffany & Co. presents an elegant exploration of the natural world through the lens of exceptional gemstones, refined craftsmanship and transformable design.

Conceived by Nathalie Verdeille, senior vice-president and chief artistic officer, alongside the Tiffany Design Studio, the collection unfolds across three chapters – spring, summer and fall – tracing themes of transformation, renewal and organic movement.

At the centre of Hidden Garden lies a quiet confidence that has long defined Tiffany’s approach to high jewellery. Rather than relying on excess, the collection focuses on precision: carefully balanced colour palettes, exacting gemstone selection and technical craftsmanship that allows each piece to feel effortless despite the complexity behind it.

The opening spring chapter introduces Butterfly, a motif deeply rooted in Tiffany & Co.’s design heritage. Unenhanced padparadscha and Montana sapphires create subtle contrasts between warm pink-orange hues and cooler denim blues, echoing the delicacy of butterfly wings. Elsewhere, fancy vivid yellow diamonds form abstract interpretations of the motif, while oval white diamonds capture a sense of lightness and movement. Several pendants can also be transformed into brooches, continuing the maison’s long-standing expertise in versatile high jewellery design.

Throughout the collection, flora and fauna are interpreted in ways that feel contemporary without losing their connection to Tiffany’s visual identity. Honeycomb structures emerge in the Bee story, while the Parrot chapter introduces vivid arrangements of coloured gemstones assembled with almost mosaic-like precision.

“In Hidden Garden, there is a real sense of discovery,” says Victoria Reynolds, Tiffany & Co. chief gemologist. “Some details reveal themselves only when you really take time to look – a philosophy that also mirrors the work behind the gemstones in every piece. The precise execution in cut allowing for exceptional matching in colour and proportions across the collection translates into a very crisp and vibrant colour palette perfect for the theme. What you experience as effortless is, in reality, the result of extraordinary discipline and unparalleled standards. That is where Tiffany high jewellery lives: the intersection of what is visible at first glance and what is perfected behind the scenes.”

That discipline begins with Tiffany’s gemstone-led design process. According to Reynolds, the gemstones themselves shape the narrative of each creation before the design is fully developed.

“We always begin with the gemstone, as they are the inspiration to define the design story. They are carefully curated and then presented to Nathalie and the Design Studio so the design can be created in direct conversation with the gemstone. It is the craft that makes the story permanent,” says Reynolds.
