《大独裁者》是卓别林自导自演的一部电影，演讲呼吁人类消灭独裁和统治，追求幸福和自由，消灭国家之间的界限，鼓励士兵不要听命于愚蠢的统治，不要收体制的禁锢，鼓励进步，但是不要被机器占据了内心。
