... Ohoiwait is a wonderful place to spend Christmas. The villagers are warm and hospitable, and the whole village is filled with a strong sense of warmth. However, celebrating Christmas can also be quite exhausting—you have to attend various church services and ceremonies. So I decided to treat myself and go to Banda Island for the New Year. Banda Island is a small tourist destination, with charming coral reefs in the sea, several forts and cannons on the island, and a volcano. Here, you can meet other foreigners and chat in English, and the homestay owner won't call over other villagers at six in the morning just to watch me drink coffee without sugar (they call it "empty coffee").

Some of the coffee here really is too sweet😂 It seems sugar is added by default.
