I have evidence to suggest that many Anki flashcards contain factual errors. Even a conservative estimate of 250,000 daily users and a 1% error rate would mean the Anki community collectively wastes thousands of hours every day memorizing false information. I'm completely obsessed with solving this problem.
On nights and weekends, I've been building an AI tool that can scan an Anki collection to identify which cards are in most need of a review. I'm excited to announce that this tool is now available to the Anki community at flashcardaudit.com.

The card correctly states that kaons decay into pions via the weak interaction, which is a common decay mode. However, kaons can also decay into other particles like muons, electrons, and neutrinos, making the answer incomplete.
