VIENNA, Austria – August 10, 2021 – Enterprise software developer Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH (henceforth "Proxmox") has informed that Maurer IT Systemlösungen KG has been merged into the Proxmox company, with immediate effect. For clients that are registered in the Proxmox Online Shop (formerly run by the Proxmox Master Distributor “Maurer IT Systemlösungen KG”), all existing contractual relationships between them and Maurer IT Systemlösungen KG will be taken over in full by Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH, including all rights and obligations. No action from the client's side is required, other than updating their company records. Existing login credentials for the Proxmox Online Shop remain unchanged, as do the shop's domains and email contact details.
