  • molecular cloning (including Gibson assembly)
  • preparation of samples and analysis of mass spectrometry data
  • proximity labelling
  • immunofluorescence imaging and confocal microscopy
  • quantitative automated image analysis
  • cell culture of mammalian cells and co-culture systems
  • lentivirus generation and transduction
  • programming in R

The position further requires familiarity with current research in cellular hypoxia, immunology, autoimmunity, and mass spectrometry.

Additional experience with live-imaging, RT-qPCR, flow cytometry, culture of amoebas, and handling endothelial cells, along with familiarity with biomolecular condensate research will be considered highly meritorious.

You are an experienced molecular and cellular biologist interested in developing new techniques in autoimmune disease research, collaboration, and mentoring students.
