I have done now with my new cyberpower, it almost works fully.

The one single issue I was unable to adjust battery.charge.low from its default of 10%. The command reports success but the value doesnt change, however the runtime change worked, and that will still trigger so should be ok, my only issue now is configuring safe shut down of VM's.

I lie 2 issues, I doubled the polling and deadline values, as at guide values was getting USB timeouts, but guide did warn it could happen, also I might make an adjustment to prevent those messages going on shell, instead just local console and log.
