Hi, I have hired a dedicated server and installed PVE on it. I have a Promox cluster at home too and Proxmox backup server. Now my question is it possible to connect the PBS at home to my dedicated server? Is this possible? Is this safe?

As long as you have a L3 connection between your pbs and dedicatedserver it should work. You could portforward the source ip of the dedicted server to your pbs, or could use tailscale or a similar solution. The first way is probably faster, the second more secure.
