A rooftop bar in the centre of London with views across to the Houses of Parliament has reopened for the summer.

The rooftop bar is on top of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the grand terracotta and brick building on the corner of Parliament Square between the Supreme Court and the Treasury. Sitting up top, it offers pretty much uninterrupted views across to Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

Entry is £15 per person and includes a welcome glass of wine or soft drink. They do expect you to buy more drinkies when you’re up there, but the prices are reasonable for a central London venue without a view, let alone one with one.

It’s open Monday and Tuesday from 4pm to 7:30pm (last orders at 7pm) and then Wednesday to Friday from 4pm to 9pm (last orders at 8.30pm).

Walk-ins are possible if there’s space, but best to book in advance from here.

The rooftop bar is open until 28th August 2026.

However, it’s another venue that mysteriously doesn’t have any dates available when you try to book for one person. So, so long as you’re a couple or have friends, then you’re welcome. Otherwise, you can get a sandwich from the Tesco next to the tube station.
