We’ve teamed up with writer, editor, and thought leadership strategist Katie Gilbert on something a lot of you have asked for: a real method for turning the climate ideas in your head into writing & sharing that lands.
Thought Leadership for Humans is a four-week program inside Climate Drift, built for people who have something worth saying and want help saying it well.
If you’ve seen the full six-week version of this program, this is its lighter sibling. Plenty of you told us the longer one looked great but asked more time or budget than you had right now. So we made a shorter version: same community, same Katie, lower price.
The lighter touch shows up in a few places. Fewer live calls (still a few, because cohort time is the best part), and the lessons run on a more self-guided schedule, with Katie in the community to answer questions and give strategic and editorial feedback.

This is a structured process for developing a clear, honest climate voice and a plan for using it. Katie’s approach starts from your ideas and the change you want to see, then works outward to how you say it.

Cohort 1 included the co-founder of a circularity nonprofit, climate-tech founders and small-business owners, a researcher at a leading climate tech accelerator, and climate-focused investors. The common thread: real expertise, and a need for structure and support to get it out into the world.
