More than 200 founders and CEOs are coming together to support the Palestinian cause and to use their businesses for good. If you run a company and believe it should stand for values beyond business, you can join them too.
Entrepreneurs for Palestine (E4P) started in early 2025 as a project in the Tech for Palestine Incubator. Several months later, it has grown into a large network of founders and CEOs from 30+ countries on 6 continents, and has officially joined Tech For Palestine as one of the programs under the Strategic Partnerships team.
Taking action
E4P works in 3 main directions:
- Community building: creating a supportive network of founders who share the same values, through a private chat, virtual community calls, in-person meetups around the world, webinars, and strategic introductions between members
- Supporting the Palestinian economy: mobilizing entrepreneurs to hire Palestinians, to mentor Palestinian talent, to subcontract Palestinian businesses or to invest in Palestinian founders as angel investors
- Boycotting Israeli and other complicit businesses: helping members migrate away from technologies complicit in genocide, and creating alternative opportunities for them to raise money from values-aligned investors
Members get the chance to meet others who share the same values, to build their professional network, to find mentors or to mentor other entrepreneurs, and to generate new business opportunities.
One example of an E4P entrepreneur who has used her company for good is Hanna Naima McCloskey, founder of UK-based agency Fearless Futures. Thanks to E4P introductions, Hanna has hired an executive assistant from Palestine through the professional EA hiring agency Youmna, based in Dubai. In addition, Fearless Futures has now started working with the Palestinian marketing company Olives and Heather for their branding strategy.
Hanna shares: "I was so excited by Youmna's vision and their positioning versus other available alternatives in the market. I also chose Olives and Heather as a branding agency because I was impressed by the versatile roster of Palestinian talent that they have."
A global movement of entrepreneurs
In just a few months, the Entrepreneurs for Palestine community has grown to more than 200 members. From the CEO of a publicly traded company in California to a solopreneur in Gaza, all of its members are united in standing up for what they believe in.
“I'm so glad to be a member of Entrepreneurs for Palestine, where I know everyone stands for basic human decency. We are so many different people from so many parts of the world, but we all agree on this most fundamental value.” - shared Chris Musei-Sequeira, founder of CJSC, who is based out of New York.
More than 50 entrepreneurs have also signed the E4P pledge in which they commit to support for the Palestinian struggle for justice, equality and liberation and to boycott Israeli businesses and all businesses who are complicit in perpetuating the Israeli colonial system of oppression and apartheid in Palestine.
Many E4P members share that standing up for their values and speaking up for Palestine has been a tipping point in their careers. E4P member Mona Fawzy, CEO of NY-based software development company JaneTech, started a platform to verify Gazan families and help them receive donations called Help Fund Gaza. Mona shares: “The best thing that has happened to me is starting Help Fund Gaza. I thought I was helping the families but they have helped me beyond words.”
