LG Electronics has announced two new Full HD displays aimed at mainstream users and entry-level gamers. The new lineup consists of the 27-inch 27U411B-B and the 23.8-inch 24U411B-B, both featuring IPS panels, 144Hz refresh rates, and adaptive refresh technologies designed to improve gaming performance while maintaining affordable pricing. Both displays utilize Full HD (1920 × 1080) IPS panels with coverage of 99 percent of the sRGB color space. The monitors also support HDR10 content playback, allowing compatible media and games to display a wider dynamic range than standard SDR content. While not positioned as high-end HDR products, the inclusion of HDR10 support adds additional flexibility for multimedia use. Gaming features are a major focus of the new models. The displays operate at refresh rates up to 144Hz, providing significantly smoother motion than conventional 60Hz monitors. LG has also incorporated Variable Refresh Rate support to help eliminate tearing and reduce stuttering when paired with compatible graphics hardware.
Motion clarity is further enhanced through support for 1ms Motion Blur Reduction (MBR), a feature designed to reduce visible motion blur and improve image sharpness during fast-paced gameplay. This makes the monitors suitable for esports titles and other competitive gaming scenarios where responsiveness is important. The 27U411B-B features a 27-inch panel, while the 24U411B-B utilizes a 23.8-inch screen. Aside from the size difference, both displays share the same core specifications, including 250 cd/m² brightness, a 1,500:1 contrast ratio, 5ms GtG response time, and 178-degree viewing angles. Connectivity consists of a single HDMI input, a D-Sub connector, and a headphone output. The inclusion of VGA support may prove useful for users connecting older systems or business hardware. Both monitors also feature tilt-adjustable stands supporting adjustment from -5 to 20 degrees. The 24U411B-B is scheduled to launch in mid-June 2026 with an expected retail price of approximately $116, while the larger 27U411B-B is expected to arrive in early July at around $134.
