Leading gaming peripherals manufacturer PXN is proud to announce the official launch of the PXN Vector X Pedals, a new professional-grade sim racing pedal system built for drivers who demand precision, strength, and deep setup customization. The Vector X Pedals are PXN's latest statement to releasing dedicated, high fidelity products into the market to offer a serious alternative to sim-racers looking to upgrade their experience. Available from today, the standard dual-pedal configuration includes throttle and brake pedals, while the clutch pedal is available separately as an optional add-on, available on the PXN Store!
At the heart of the Vector X system is a high-performance pedal architecture designed to give racers accurate, repeatable control under demanding conditions. The brake pedal features a 200 kg high-sensitivity load cell, paired with replaceable alloy steel springs to let drivers fine-tune brake feel. A red spring comes pre-installed, while a higher-rate green spring is included for users who prefer a firmer, competition-oriented setup.
Designed as a competition-focused sim racing solution, the Vector X Pedals are built around a robust metal structure, premium materials, and a highly adjustable mechanical system. The pedal body uses laser-cut 304 stainless steel plates, while the integrated baseplate is CNC-machined from 6 mm 6061 aluminium. The pedal faces and raised heel rest are made from 3 mm carbon fiber, delivering both structural rigidity and a premium racing-inspired finish.
The throttle pedal introduces PXN's X-Cross dual-sensor fusion algorithm, combining a 15 kg load cell with a high-precision Hall angle sensor. This dual-sensor approach is designed to reduce signal distortion and response delay caused by rapid pedal inputs, helping deliver smooth, accurate throttle mapping during corner exits, traction-limited situations, and high-speed racing scenarios.
The optional clutch pedal is also engineered for realism, using a 30 kg load cell and a two-stage mechanical structure designed to recreate the nonlinear resistance feel of a real clutch. This gives drivers clearer feedback during the engagement phase and helps build more consistent muscle memory for race starts, drifting, and manual transmission driving.
Built for Setup Freedom:
The Vector X Pedals are designed for sim racers who want to tune their hardware to match their driving style. Users can adjust pedal arm angle, pedal face position, pedal travel, brake spring configuration, and brake force characteristics through mechanical setup changes. Pedal spacing can also be adjusted in stages through the baseplate, helping users adapt the system to different rigs, seating positions, and driving disciplines.
This focus on physical adjustability is matched by software control through PXN SimRacing, which supports pedal calibration, real-time signal monitoring, output curve editing, front and rear dead zone adjustment, and throttle sensor mode switching. Drivers can select between mixed dual-sensor input, load-cell-only input, or Hall-angle-only input for the throttle, giving them further flexibility depending on preference or diagnostic needs.
The included control box features a 24-bit ultra-low-noise 24-bit processing chip, supporting multichannel synchronous response for accurate signal collection and stable transmission. It also includes multiple Type-C pedal interfaces, a Type-C PC connection, and reserved DC interfaces for future vibration module upgrades.
Key Features
With the launch of the Vector X Pedals, PXN continues to expand its high-performance sim racing ecosystem, delivering a pedal set aimed at enthusiasts, esports drivers, and competitive sim racers looking for precise control, durable construction, and detailed customization.
