Isa Yeter

Migrating from DigitalOcean to Hetzner: From $1,432 to $233/month With Zero Downtime How I Reverse-Engineered one of the biggest GSM Operator's application. First Proof of "Six Degrees Of Separation"
About
nospam@nospa · 2001-01-01 · via Isa Yeter

I’m Isa Yeter, a software developer based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Graduated from Bogazici University. Addicted to math, algorithms and reverse engineering.

I build mobile apps and the backend systems behind them. My work spans iOS development (Swift, UIKit), backend architecture (Node.js, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Neo4j), real-time notification pipelines, and server infrastructure management.

One of the projects I’m most proud of is Kandilli Uyari - Turkey’s first official Earthquake Early Warning mobile application, developed in collaboration with Bogazici University’s Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute. The app delivers earthquake alerts with significant advance warning times to users across Turkey.

I write about infrastructure migrations, backend architecture, server administration, mobile development, and the occasional deep dive into things I probably should not have reverse-engineered.
