io.js 2.0 release candidate

This week we had one io.js nightly release v2.0, complete changelog will be found soon on GitHub.

• New johnny-five site launched.
• iojs.io domain was donated to the project and it will redirect to iojs.org iojs/io.js#1534
• david-dm.org is now running on iojs
• io.js v2.0 release candidate is out.

• initial repo for code convergence work for io.js/Node.js.
• Node.js Foundation Governance/Convergence Call on YouTube.
• Microsoft releases new Visual Studio Code based on Electron (AtomShell).
• io.js support coming to Modulus
• Yosuke Furukawa created iojs-new-features repo with upcoming changes in io.js v2.0.
