安装Angular CLI
npm install -g @angular/cli1
生成初始程序
必须有一个程序名，没办法生成到当前文件夹
运行
cd my-app
ng serve --open12
使用 bootstrap
在 angular.json 修改 projects > my-app > architect > build > options > styles 节点
最前面加上 "node_modules/bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.css",
"styles": [
"node_modules/bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.css",
"node_modules/@fortawesome/fontawesome-free/css/all.css",
"src/styles.scss"

或者使用 ng-bootstrap
ng add @ng-bootstrap/ng-bootstrap1
这样就不需要手动去添加样式了
使用 fontawesome
npm i @fortawesome/fontawesome-free1
引用 css 同上
引用其他包的样式和脚本
