Groopa is an app that helps societies, communities, teams, clubs and other groups manage their activities.
Install the Groopa app on your mobile device by visiting groopa.appand tapping the “Install” button. If you don’t see the “Install” button, look for the “Add to Home Screen” option in your browser’s menu.
Create an account in the installed Groopa app by tapping the “Sign up” button and following the instructions.
Groopa is not a free app. You can use each newly created group for one month free of charge, invite up to 100 members, create up to 15 subgroups, and thoroughly test the app. After the 1-month free trial, key features are locked and a yearly subscription is required according to the current “Pricing” shown below.
You can create and manage any number of groups in Groopa, but each group requires a separate annual subscription. In each group, you can create subgroups to which you can add only selected members.
To make the most of Groopa, members must allow push notifications. Members receive push notifications on their devices when group admins create, update, or cancel events, or when preset event reminders are scheduled. Group admins also receive push notifications about changes in members’ attendance status. Members also receive push notifications when announcements are created or updated.
