New Users: Install AltStore Classic

If you are in the European Union, Japan, or Brazil, download AltStore Classic within Altstore PAL. AltStore PAL Version coming soon.

For Windows users follow this guide.

For MacOS Users:

Turn on Developer Mode on your iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode (toggle on, then restart).
Install AltStore Classic on your computer.
Connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable. Trust your computer.
Run AltServer so AltStore downloads to your iPhone. Make sure you’re signed in to your same Apple account.
Open AltStore on iPhone → Browse/Sources → Add Source URL.
Install Streamr AI from the source.
Refresh Streamr AI in AltStore every 7 days so it stays active forever.

Advanced troubleshooting (optional)

For install of the app orrefresh to work, make sure you’re on the same Wi-Fi network as a computer running AltServer, or your iPhone is connected to your computer via USB cable.
If you see “Untrusted Developer”, trust your Apple ID in Settings.

For Scarlet, Sideloadly, or other app stores ONLY: download the IPA and import it. Don't worry about this method if you already have AltStore Classic or SideStore.

Open your store → Import / +.
Select the IPA → install.

Streamr AI is distributed via reputable sideloading tools like AltStore Classic. You stay in control of what you install, and you can remove the app at any time.

How do updates work?

If you installed via AltStore Classic, updates appear in AltStore Classic when a new version is published to the source. If you installed manually, download the latest IPA and re-import.

How do payments work (coins + Pro)?

Payments are handled via web checkout (not the App Store). Coins unlock boosts/features, and Pro increases limits and enables premium modes.

What’s your refund policy?

Refunds depend on the purchase type and timing. If something went wrong, email support and include your purchase email + what happened.

Install isn’t working—what should I try first?

If deep links fail, copy the URL and add it manually.
