In an era where Generative AI has made "seeing is believing" obsolete, this paper introduces a groundbreaking, hardware-locked solution to the "Post-Truth" crisis. Moving beyond the failed "cat-and-mouse" game of reactive software detection, we propose a proactive paradigm shift: The Silicon Witness.
