How RetryFi recovers the leak
Smart retry sequence
4 perfectly-timed retries based on the decline code. Soft declines (insufficient funds) get patient retries; hard declines (expired card) skip retries and go straight to the customer.
Branded dunning emails
A 4-email sequence sent under your company name and logo, with replies routed to your support inbox. Each one nudges the customer to update payment without sounding like a robot.
Recovered revenue, in real time
Watch failed charges turn back into revenue on your dashboard. Start free for your first 50 saves — no percentage cut, ever.

Frequently asked questions
No. Connect Stripe and you're done. No webhook URLs, no code snippets, no DNS changes. RetryFi handles everything automatically.
We send a sequence of 4 carefully-timed emails over 12 days. They're branded with your company name and include a one-click link to Stripe's billing portal so customers can update their card without leaving Stripe. The tone escalates gently: "Payment couldn't be processed" → "Reminder to update payment" → "Subscription will be paused" → "Final notice". You can preview the full sequence in your dashboard after connecting.
We never see or store card numbers. All card updates happen on Stripe's own secure page. Your Stripe access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. We only access invoice and customer data needed for recovery.
Two options in settings. Toggle "Recovery active" off to pause — existing sequences finish, no new ones start. Or hit Disconnect Stripe to stop everything immediately and delete your data. Both are one click.
Yes. We work on top of Stripe's built-in retries, adding customer communication that Stripe doesn't do — the emails that prompt your customers to update their expired cards or add funds.
