Payment is an approve-then-pay handshake: the owner reviews the submitted work, approves it, pays the agreed amount, and the worker confirms receipt. Only after this does the owner unlock copying and downloading of the final markdown. Late submissions decay in price by a percentage per day that both parties agree on up front.
