Lately the business has been bad as I did not win any tenders. Nevertheless, I remain positive that things will come around. I remain adamant to continue to reach out to customers, service my customers and make original TikTok videos.
There were many advice to me that I should deploy more AI agents to perform cold call, scrape the news sites, automate my marketing etc.
I agree 100% on the need to deploy AI and automation tools. The one thing that AI can never replace is our human interactions. My network is my most important asset. Trust and relationship takes years to cultivate. Not by social drinking and eating but provide a strong professional services.
When I coach my students, I encourage them to network and stay active socially. It is not about having loads of friends or having the most connections in social media. It is about connecting with someone emotionally. To show up when there is a problem. To take responsibility when bad things happen. Have quality network and not quantity network. AI can do wonders but it cannot help us to built solid relationship. AI may take away your jobs but it can never replace the warm and smile that you give to your network.
