This update gives every diagnostic stage a sharper, clinically-grounded name and adds an in-app primer that walks through what each stage means. • Renamed all 5 stages with terminology drawn from aviation human-factors and neurology research: Human, AI Habituation, Prodromal, Brain Atrophy, AI Psychosis. • New stage primer — tap your stage on the result screen, the label on your share card, or "About the stages" to walk through every stage on the ladder. Each one names the warning signs, what to practice, and what happens if you let it slide. • Your diagnosed stage is marked with a coral "you are here" stamp + your overreliance score so you can see at a glance where you sit on the ladder.
